What Android handles natively

The built-in Android 14 system covers the majority of classroom tasks without any additional hardware or cost:

  • Whiteboard and annotation over any content
  • PDF, image, and video file display (USB or cloud)
  • Wireless screen casting from Windows laptops, MacBooks, iPads and Android devices
  • HDMI input from any external device
  • WPS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint compatible)
  • Browser access to Google Classroom, Microsoft 365 Online, and other web platforms
  • Video calling via Zoom Android app or Google Meet in browser

When Android is NOT enough

Windows OPS is necessary when:

  • The school uses a Windows-only teaching platform (common in China, Japan, and some Middle Eastern curricula)
  • Teachers need full Microsoft Office installed locally (not the web version)
  • IT policy requires domain login on the display device
  • The Zoom or Teams configuration requires the Windows desktop app (some enterprise IT setups)
  • School uses Windows-only exam software or certification platforms

The dual-system workflow

When Windows OPS is installed, a hardware button on the side panel switches the display between Android and Windows instantly. Teachers can annotate in Android whiteboard mode, then switch to Windows to open Office or run software — without connecting a laptop.

The OPS module is available with Intel Core i5 (sufficient for Office, Zoom, standard software) or Intel Core i7 (for heavier workloads, video editing, or running multiple Windows applications simultaneously). RAM: 8 GB standard, 16 GB available. Storage: 128 GB or 256 GB SSD.
